At age 57, Alfredo had a vision and lived semi-retired in San Felipe, Baja California with his lovely wife Aurea Elzaurdia, where they spend their time running a 48 room hotel Las Palmas in the Sea of Cortez. Today, in Las Palmas Hotel,  you can view his gallery of pictures of many celebrities that he hosted Mexico City Restaurants.

Today, Chef Palma Bellinghieri (, our local Chef Alexis Alcantar “Tamborillo” and Chef Joel Diaz are in charge of Alfredo’s Culinary Legacy. Cooking with pride, offering personal attention, best service, and, fresh and local produce from the land and sea. We pride ourselves of cooking with no preservatives or MSG. Offering GF , Vegan or Vegetarian options to your table.
